Dispatching your order
We use the Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) as default for our deliveries.
You will be emailed your tracking number when your package is handed to the carrier. If you are unable to find your email, please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at hello@etliberi.com.
Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by the ETLIBERI team. ETLIBERI is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
Import taxes/customs duties
At ETLIBERI, we calculate all applicable shipping fees, customs and import taxes in the total price at checkout. This means that the amount you see at checkout is the final amount you'll pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.
This approach ensures transparency and helps you avoid any unexpected costs when receiving your order.
Stolen/Damaged Parcels
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. ETLIBERI is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
ETLIBERI is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Expected Delivery Time
After our pre-order period has concluded, the shipping process will begin. Our service delivery timeframes are based off your location but it usually takes about 1 month.
